Dear Friend,
Since this pandemic began, Library Workers at Our Public Library have continued to serve their communities. They have been helping those in need at pop-up food banks at library branches. They have made thousands of phone calls to isolated seniors. They have also continued to provide vital library services at a time of great need.
Despite stepping up for Torontonians during these challenging times, Library Workers have not been recognized by our political leaders at the provincial level.
Like other frontline workers highlighted in a recent Toronto Star article, Library Workers still have not been granted priority access to vaccinations.
Please take a moment to send a message calling on Premier Ford to start vaccinating library and other frontline workers that have been left out as well.

Library Workers have been putting themselves on the frontline of the pandemic, and as such need to be vaccinated to protect their health, the health of their loved ones, and the communities they serve.
